The Art of Body Mechanics in Massage

Service Description

A unique course designed to help massage therapists to avoid muscle ache and injuries caused by working for long hours. Using the proper body mechanics will help you to maintain a good posture while delivering a dynamic or a static stroke, you will also learn to use and shift your body weight to apply pressure with minimal effort. Learning: By the end of the course, you will have a full understanding of: - Body posture - Weight shifting - How to use your body to generate powerful strokes - How to use your body weight to apply pressure - Self-care practice Also, you will learn a full body advanced massage routine used to win 6 medals (2 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze) in the UK National Massage Championship 2018/ 2019, the European Massage Championship 2019 and the World Massage Championship 2019. Cancelation Policy

Bookings cancelled up to 1 month prior to the workshop date will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled up to 2 weeks before the workshop date will receive a 75% refund. Bookings cancelled up to 1 week before the workshop date will receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled up to 72 hours before the workshop time will receive a 25% refund. Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours in advance will NOT be eligible for a refund. With 7 days notice, we can reschedule your booking to another date, but only once.
