Service Description

Exchanging is one of the most effective ways to reconnect with other therapists, learn and share experiences, improve your work etiquette and experience the true love and relaxation your customers experience when they receive a massage. The purpose behind Exchanging massages with other therapists is to learn from your colleagues in a manner that will allow you to add knowledge and new things to your routine to improve the overall experience you are giving to your clients. The exchange consists of 3 sessions, 45 minutes of receiving, 45 minutes of giving and 45 minutes of observing and ask questions Therapists in general usually go to courses and classes but never have the time to share and experience different techniques and postures This is the right time to experience all of them in a peaceful and calm environment.

Cancellation Policy

1. In the event of needing to cancel, notify International Massage Education at least 10 days in advance through email or text. For medical reasons, proof may be required, treated confidentially under GDPR. 2. If you've paid a deposit to International Massage Education, cancellation requires a 10-day written notice. 3. Providing the required notice (point 2) entitles you to a 50% refund of the balance payment after deducting the deposit. 4. Without proper notice (point 2), no refund is granted unless your spot is filled. You have the option to swap with another student to minimize financial losses. 5. Failure to attend or cancelling on the day without notice results in the course fee being non-refundable and non-transferable. 6. If the final balance isn't paid as agreed and you don't attend, you'll be held liable for the full remaining course payment. 7. The tutor/IME cannot take responsibility for changes in students' work commitments or personal circumstances within the 10-day period. By booking, you agree to these terms. We eagerly anticipate meeting you and encourage you to reach out to your tutor for any course-related queries. If you encounter difficulties contact International Massage Education at enquiries@internationalmassageeducation.com; we commit to investigating the matter and responding in writing within 5 working days. For our one-day diploma courses, you'll receive a Practitioners Diploma Certificate on the day, granted only after demonstrating absorption of the presented information and delivering a satisfactory treatment observed by the tutor. To uphold responsible and good practice, if your tutor believes further training would benefit you, certification may be held back. You'll be offered the opportunity to attend the next available course free of charge. If you fail a second time and wish to attend again, payment is required to maintain the high standards required by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) accreditation. This accreditation ensures that the course you've booked meets our bound obligations and maintains a high standard of education.
